Account Manager

Job purpose
Account manager responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with AdMazad portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Accounts managers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Responsibilities
•Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
•Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
•Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
•Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
•Forecast and track key account metrics
•Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
•Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
•Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
•Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client’s advertisement projects.
•Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.
•Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
•Identifying accounts whose revenue may be shrinking so as to address any ‘at risk’ customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained.
•Monitoring work performance of colleagues and setting sales targets.
•Recruiting and training new account executives.

Production Shift Leader

Responsibilities:
•Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
•Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
•Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately.
•Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
•Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
•Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
•Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
•Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.

Requirements :
•Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanical or production.
•Bachelor of Agriculture.

Safety Supervisor

Safety Supervisor

Required Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of health & safety experience in construction projects with a minimum of 3 years in a leading role,           supervisory level or above, with a demonstratable experience in the deployment and application of EHS management systems in MIGA project scope.
  • University Bachelors Degree (preferable) in engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial) at an accreditated University with experience of managing safety on construction projects and/or
  • Relevant health & safety and construction safety certification, any of OSHA, IOSH, NEBOSH, NASP or equivalent
  • Demonstrated management and organizational skills, capable of effectively leading teams of (co-) workers or contractors using effective and if required compelling written and verbal communication.
  • Fluent in the Arabic and English language.
  • Experienced in the professional use of computers and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint,Visio,etc.) Positive outcome on medical examination.

 

HR specialist

HR specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the COE Site Lead and the EMEA HRBP to roll out all key people processes (performance management, compensation, benefits, development programs, etc).
  • Partner with all teams providing services to the employees: Recruitment, Contracts, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, Training, and tie the delivery of services together for the best operation of the CoE and the best CoE employee experience
  • Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, recruitment, etc.
  • Depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as needed/required.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 + years of relevant HR Generalist experience in a Multinational Company preferably call centers /communication industry
  • Experience in a manufacturing or customer support environment would be advantageous
  • Strong understanding of local labour regulations governing customer support staff
  • Demonstrated ability to partner within and outside of HR.
  • Unquestioned integrity with assertiveness, presence, and confidence.
  • Excellent influencing skills and extreme flexibility to be proactive in a fast paced, ever changing environment.

Instrumentation Engineer
