Job description:
– Prepare and follow the capex monthly cash flow forecast by currency.
– Ensure that all capex purchase orders are linked with a project or capex number.
– Tracking the expenditures of the organization related to fixed assets.
– Prepare a monthly capex report to relevant executives showing the actual ordered, booked, paid versus budget.
