Purchasing Supervisor

A “Purchasing Supervisor” is urgently needed for a multinational FMCG company based in Alexandria.

Job Description:

– Execute purchase requests within agreed time frame.
– Setting the daily purchasing priorities as per the budget.
– Select best suppliers and study the best offers, send all purchase orders for the suppliers and follow up the purchase till it is delivered to warehouse.
– Creates and modifies procurement process documents, requiring some interpretation, for work steps within scope of team’s responsibility.
– Work through the location technical team to gather more information to provide general forecasting of longer term supply needs and ensure purchasing plan is aligned.
– Accountable for setting and managing team budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of purchasing experience in industrial field.
• Knowledge of Supply chain and logistics, international shipping and custom regulations.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency of Computer skills.

Civil/Structure Engineer

Requirements:

– Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering.
– 6+ years of experience.
– Experience in industrial processing environment/Construction and design safety.

Job Responsibilities:

– Co-ordination of Civil/Structure maintenance activities.
– Prepare and specify ordering Materials and Labor contracts
– Assisting projects lead and maintenance lead with execution of the project as well communicating with all departments regarding projects issues.
– Manage and organize the central file with all plant PI&D’s, plant layouts, construction drawings, ect.
– Make plant tours, collects and handles improvement ideas and promotes an innovative environment

Accounting Supervisor

For a multinational company in Cairo, “Accounting supervisor” with a minimum 6 years of experience is urgently needed.

Functions:

–  Assist with preparation of financial statements, balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis.
– Account payables and Account receivables duties
– Analyze accounting documents for accuracy, investigate transactions to resolve questionable data.
– Balancing accounts.
– Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments.
– Completing VAT returns.
– Preparing invoices.
– Checking company bank statements.
– Preparing cash flow statements.
– Dealing with financial paperwork and filing.
– Reconcile bank accounts.
– Review foreign exchange transactions for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
– Participate in the development and updating of accounting and finance policies and procedures.
– Lead and/or maintain timely, complete and accurate project reporting.
– Participate in the continued enhancement of the financial reporting/general ledger process along with future system upgrades, system/reporting upgrades.
– Assist with audit schedules.
– Additional ad hoc responsibilities as assigned.

Job description:

• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls and requests for HQ UK.
• Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
• Arrange travel, visas and accommodation and occasionally, traveling with the Country Manger to take notes or dictation at meetings.
