A Multinational Company located in Alexandria, Egypt is looking to hire “Facility Manager”

Facilities managers essentially look after all of the services that helps a business or other organization do its work. Responsibilities can include:

– Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services.
including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on.
– Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security.
– Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.
– Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness allocating and managing space between buildings.
– Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and
environmental, health and security standards.
– Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and
cost-effectiveness.
– Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
– Helping businesses to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing.
– Drafting reports and making written recommendations.
– Indoor administrative work.
– Taking care of maintenance, security, buses.

Requirements:

– Minimum 5 Years of Experience in the same field.
– Ex-military.
– V.Good Command of English.

Business Development Manager

A multinational company *Commodities industry* located in Egypt, is hiring a “Business Development Manager”.

Job description:

• Provide detailed analysis of possible target customers. This should include: products, tonnages. Key decision makers, services required, current service suppliers, key sales points, notable instances in the past 5 years.
• Provide detailed analysis on potential new markets.
• Keep a record of all customers contacted, the dates of last contact, key information gathered, next course of action, any hostile members of the customer.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to constantly review all in-country operational protocols, ensuring that they are fully aligned to the company policy and overarching procedures. Suggest improvements and efficiencies where identified.
• Have up-to-date knowledge of the local market place and key customers.
• Work with the Country Manager and Operations Manager to identify and recommend potential activities, sales and or expansion opportunities to further the growth and enhance the reputation of the company.

Requirements:

• Suitable University Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
• Company is located in Alexandria but Work can be done remotely.

Utilities Manager

For an international FMCG company in Alexandria, “Utilities Manager” is urgently needed.

Job Description:

– Ensure efficient maintenance and repair of utilities in the system.
– Provide technical direction over preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance requirements.
– Ensure sustained and safe supply of good quality energies for factory (Electricity, steam, air, water, etc.)
– Responsible for maintaining Utility inventory and backup parts within economic inventory level.
– Control the utilities cost versus budget.

Requirements:

– Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
– 7-9 years of professional experience in plant maintenance/ project management experience.
– Very good command of English.
– Good communication and negotiation skills.

Cost Project Engineer

For a multinational company located at Cairo – A 9 months project is looking for “Cost Project Engineer”.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and communicate processes of reporting during the project life cycle to all team members.
• Develop a common understanding of the Tender budget and ensure its transfer to the cost management system to establish first project forecast.
• Establish a project coding structure in accordance with the Group guidelines.
• Assist/liaise with Project Planner for maintenance of project WBS and NWA structures.
• Responsible for the reconciliation of forecasted and actual expenditures and the production of project accruals.
• Prepare/compile cost and financial input to the PMSR (Project Monthly Status Report).
• Provide accurate project long term cash flow forecast on a monthly basis.
• Perform economic analysis, deviations, probability, and support project management on any accounting issues and reporting related to the project.

Requirements:

• University level Business Degree, ideally in Cost Management, Project Management, Finance or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Technical knowledge and application of Cost Control and associated systems.
• Experience in SAP is an advantage.
• English fluent.
