TARGET will ensure that all Candidates submitted to the customer will fulfill the customer’s job requirements in regards to personal profile, qualifications and experience. On the other hand, the CUSTOMER will provide TARGET with full details regarding the organization, the job, reporting relationships, personal specifications, compensation bands, and any additional information sufficient to enable TARGET to search for and assess the appropriate candidates. TARGET will ensure that all Candidates are interviewed and/or tested to fulfill the requirements put by CUSTOMER. Candidates selected by TARGET shall be subject to approval by CUSTOMER, who shall have the choice to conduct the final selection interviews at TARGET premises or at CUSTOMER’S. Should there be a need for the Candidate to be transported to CUSTOMER’S location outside Egypt for an interview, TARGET will follow up the arrangements and the related transportation expenses will be covered by CUSTOMER. All communications with Candidates would be through TARGET and if directly contacted by CUSTOMER, TARGET should be kept informed. |
