A multinational company located in Alexandria is looking for a “Technical Management Trainee”

Food Safety, Environmental, Health, and Safety:

– Report any unsafe practices, equipment, or environment. Attend Safety meetings and training where applicable.

Process Operation:

– You will be responsible for following all the technical management trainee programs and passing all program journey steps.

– Should execute the specific projects assigned to them during the program.

– Responsible for the shadow role within the department’s journey, as production engineers, maintenance engineers, safety coordinator, utility engineer.

– Responsible for being able to operate all areas of production as per area responsible.

– Makes plant tours within Extraction Plant, carries out critical path checks. Complies with plant policies and procedures as related to safety, housekeeping.

– Give regular feedback. Actively look for innovative solutions to the work area.

– Demonstrates positive two-way communications.

– Maintains employee morale during work with the team, productive workforce, and Company expectations.

Qualifications for Technical Trainee role:

Education:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and management engineering, Production, Mechanical, Chemical, and Electro-mechanical Engineering or similar.

Experience & skills:

– 1-2 years experience in industrial fields.

– Advanced skills in PC and Office applications.

– English (fluent) & Arabic.

– Promising Leadership skills.

– Communication skills.

– Creative thinking ability and problem-solving.

Job description:

Process Operation:
– Operates the Extraction process on a daily basis in terms of safety, food safety, product quality, and environment.

– Utilizes management of the change process.

– Complies with the annual plan for the department as well as operating standards and goals.

– detect problems, solutions, and suggestions to improve the workplace with regards to production and safety.
Production Operation/Quality:
– Makes plant tours within Extraction Plant, carries out critical path checks.

– Complies with plant policies and procedures as related to safety & housekeeping.

– Operates plants in an effective and efficient way. Informs Shift supervisor of operating supplies and assists the engineering department in reporting faults.

– Communicates with other departments.

– Utilizes technical skills and operations experience to identify and solve workplace problems; improving work processes and operating efficiencies; stays current with changes.

– Operate the Extraction process according to specifications and standards.

– Operate within the required standards and goals. Maintains a work environment that utilizes the quality management system.

– Ensure run sheets are being filled in, log any faults, environmental or safety issues, follow procedures and sign off on them.

Responsibilities of Construction Manager position:

– Performs a technical, organizational, and supervisory role in the construction process, setting out and determining the location for above and underground infrastructure installations involved in construction operations.

– Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timescales.

– Oversee, expect and coordinate the flow of construction to meet the schedule.

– You will be responsible of manage the day-to-day construction operations.

– Schedule, conduct, and chair progress meetings and issue minutes and action lists.

– Consult with the Client and the operators to establish the Project scope, objectives, priorities, constraints, assumptions, and strategies.

– Overseeing building work.

– Supervising contracted staff.

– You will manage the work and liaising with others in the field during construction.

– You have to prepare a progress report (Weekly & Monthly).

– Providing technical advice; problem-solving.

– Review and Approve the Quality Plan & Health and Safety Plan as agreed with contractors.

– Bachelor’s degree in Civil/ Electrical engineering or any relevant field

– At least 7 years of experience in Electrical/Civil engineering for Railway.

– Excellent Leadership Skills.

Job Description:

· You will be responsible for preparing the site plan to meet the requirements, the drawings, and the target dates.

· Preparing tender time schedule in a company with cash flow.

· You will prepare and update the project time schedule based on the contract.

· Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.

· Monitoring the critical activities based on the project schedule and tell project management.

· Preparing and submitting the updated work program and cash flow curve.

· Monitoring day-to-day work progress and prepare the daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

· Reporting work progress and compare between plan and actual progress.

· Ensures performance reviews are being conducted on field planning staff under established schedule.

Job requirements for Project Planner position:

· Bachelor’s Degree in engineering; Electrical Engineering is preferable.

· Excellent command of English.
