We are looking to hire a “Success Factors Specialist”, for an international retail company located in 5th settlement.

Job Description for this position:

– You will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and implementing workday features, business processes, and enhancement requests.
– You should Gather, build and test requirements for many modules within SF HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.
– The candidate will have to Participate in various HC projects to provide technical HC system support.
– System upgrades and modifications including identifying requirements, configuration, testing, and implementation will be your responsibility.
– You have to make sure of the accuracy of data through routine data audits and validation.
– You will be responsible for providing system mass update support for all functional areas of SF.
– Support and collaborates with IT on all HR-related integrations will be one of your duties.

Requirments you should have for this position:

– If you are SAP SuccessFactors – employee central / compensation &benefits/ performance management/ learning management/ recruitment &onboarding certification then you are the perfect match.
– You should be excellent in English and Arabic written and spoken.
– 3-5 years of HC digital experience is a must.
– You should have experience in Shared Services and HC systems’ implementations.
– You should have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field.

Job Description:

– Take part in project definition, development, testing, implementation, and go-live support during project execution.
– Ensure seamless integration of the HC management system with the existing client’s software infrastructure.
– Execute functional test scripts and review the work of the third-party Human Capital systems providers.
– Resolve delivery-related issues to ensure projects achieve the expected outcomes within the approved quality, timeline, and budget parameters.
– Test and recommend system changes to increase business effectiveness and efficiency in conjunction with HC systems.
– Implement the requested modules on time & make sure of a smooth payroll process.
– Support end-users (HC &Finance) during the UAT phase & validate the outputs.
– Review work of development team, in-house and outsourced.
– Performs code reviews and mentors junior developers.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
– From 5-10 years of experience on AS/400 Development.
– AS400 / RPG, RPGLE, RPG/400, SDU, RLU, SQL/400, Query/400, SQLRPGLE, CL, CLLE knowledge is a must.
– Knowledge of MS SQL &BI Tool (Business Object, Power BI)
– Payroll operation skills &Data Integration skills are an advantage.
– SAP Human resource-related knowledge is an advantage.
– Excellent command of English.

An International Retail / Entertainment Company located in Cairo is looking for a “Payroll System Specialist”

Job Description:

– Researches, implements, and maintains the business process solutions that support the payroll function.

– Coordinate between functional users and IT resources to resolve intermediate system troubleshooting.

– Support payroll-owned systems and document management systems.

– Identify needs problems, and recommend solutions using a wide range of analysis strategies.

– Designs, plans, and coordinates custom applications and reporting systems for Payroll Services to support payroll needs and researches and implements new technologies for tracking and payroll controls.

– Provide daily support for the Payroll and total rewards functional/technical area within the SYSTEM NAME landscape (including third-party applications, integration points with complementary systems, etc.) by recording/providing status on issues, troubleshooting/analysis of issues, identification and execution of possible solutions, testing of solutions, and monitoring of solutions in the production environment.
– Lead and execute functional user acceptance testing with guidance from the project teams.

– Constructs test scripts and performs detailed testing to ensure that software and reports function well.

– Implementing and supporting enterprise software applications and hardware used in web environments (Kronos/Oracle/SAP Human Resources/Payroll/Time and Labor preferred).

– Supporting enterprise applications in a hosted environment, payroll industry, processes, Global knowledge and expertise, experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or any other related
field.

– From 6-8 years of experience with at least 4 years of experience in creating and coordinating technical, payroll, and/or business requirements for process &projects.

– Excellent data modeling skills that enable advanced analytics.

– Strong technical and HC operational knowledge to translate the business needs into end-to-end solutions.

– Excellent command of English.

Job description of this title:

– You will be responsible for the implementation of Data Center designs and configurations.
– Will Install Network designs and configurations.
– Commissioning of Network device configuration.
– Commissioning of Security systems (Software/Hardware).
– You should supervise software, active and passive equipment installation.
– Hardware management including cable management.

Requirements of this job role:

– 7-10 years of experience in ICT, Infrastructure and security projects, execution/commissioning background with an understanding of various network and security systems
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ information technology/ telecommunication engineering.
– Excellent command of the English language
– Strong skills in Office 360
– Experience in Data Center design and setup
– Experience with management of vendors and professional services;
