What you will do?
As a full-service HR consultant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR services and Business Process Outsourcing solutions to our clients. Your expertise in managing HR functions and payroll services will contribute to the success of our organization and our clients’ small businesses and large ones.
Outsourcing Services Consultant Responsibilities:
- Manage HR Functions: Take charge of overseeing various HR functions for our clients, including payroll management, talent management, benefits administration, and HR tasks. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide BPO Services: Deliver top-notch BPO services by streamlining business processes and offering efficient human resources outsourcing solutions. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor services accordingly.
- Payroll Management: Utilize your expertise in payroll services to handle payroll processing, payroll tax management, and other payroll-related tasks. Ensure accurate and timely payroll administration while adhering to local payroll regulations.
- HR Consulting: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters, HR policies, procedures, and compliance. Offer valuable insights and recommendations to optimize HR functions and enhance employee benefits experiences.
- Talent Management: Assist clients in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee development strategies. Support clients in nurturing a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide seamless and integrated services.
Outsourcing Consultant Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR consulting, employment outsourcing, or related roles.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including benefits management, talent management, and payroll management.
- Familiarity with BPO services.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Fluent English is a must.
