Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will play an active part in fostering a positive employee experience while ensuring that our HR practices meet the highest standards of professionalism and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Employee Engagement Initiatives: You will be at the forefront of designing and implementing creative and impactful engagement activities that contribute to building a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. From employee surveys to team-building programs, your work will help us ensure that our people feel valued and motivated.

  • Managing Payroll Operations: Accuracy and compliance are central to this role. You will manage payroll activities end-to-end, ensuring that all calculations, deductions, and payments are processed in a timely and precise manner. This includes full compliance with company policies as well as Egyptian labor laws.

  • Supporting Training & Development: You will collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and assist in creating programs that enhance skills, knowledge, and career growth. Your contribution will play a vital role in empowering employees to thrive in their careers.

  • Strengthening the People & Culture Agenda: As an HR Specialist, you will work closely with the leadership team to support initiatives that reflect our core values. By promoting open communication, well-being programs, and a positive work environment, you will help us live our mission every day.

  • Acting as a Trusted HR Partner: You will support line managers with practical HR solutions that align with business objectives, ranging from performance management to employee relations, ensuring that people practices drive organizational success.

  • Policy Development & Compliance: You will assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures to guarantee fairness, transparency, and alignment with legal requirements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring a balance of HR expertise, interpersonal skills, and a growth mindset. We are looking for candidates with the following:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of professional HR experience, preferably in employee engagement, payroll, or generalist HR functions.

  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of Egyptian labor laws and local employment regulations.

  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Analytical Ability: Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use insights to propose practical and effective HR solutions.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office and experience using HR systems.
