About the Role
The Engineering Projects Manager will play a critical role in shaping the company’s operational success. You will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects from initial concept through to successful execution, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Your mission will be to define project goals, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain seamless communication with key stakeholders, including senior management and clients. You will serve as the bridge between the engineering team and the wider business, ensuring that every project aligns with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
As the Engineering Projects Manager, you will:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary engineering team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring accountability.

Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication, delivering updates and progress reports to management and clients.

Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings, manage issue resolution, and mitigate risks proactively.

Ensure all projects meet quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.

Apply best practices in project management, including cost-benefit analysis and budget control, to maintain financial viability.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned (REX) for future success.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should be a strategic thinker, a natural leader, and an exceptional communicator. The ideal candidate will have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline). A PMP certification is considered a strong asset.

At least 5 years of experience in engineering project management, ideally within the food production or manufacturing industry.

A proven track record of successfully managing projects using established methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project).

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor teams.

Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with a problem-solving mindset.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
