– Support management with an active calendar of meetings, events, and appointments.
– Continuously improve administrative standards.
– Arrange all communication, activities, and logistics for special events and meetings.
– Arrange and coordinate accommodations for travel as needed.
– Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls.
– Maintain documents, records, and reports discreetly and confidentially.
– Organize local, domestic, and international travel arrangements.
– Maintain a personal calendar; schedule appointments (Ex: official entities, passport renewals, meetings, etc.)
– Manage Property of the primary residence.
– Bachelor’s degree (High Degree)
– Excellent MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) is essential.
– Very Good English
– High degree of Discretion and trustworthiness.
– Excellent oral and written communication skills.
– Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
– The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
– Having the skills of Flexibility and adaptability and working in an agile environment.
