Job Description:
– Prepare and file tax returns and reports, ensuring compliance with corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other relevant taxes.
– Analyze financial data to identify tax implications and optimize planning strategies.
– Collaborate with external advisors and authorities to resolve tax-related issues.
– Manage deferred tax provisions and safeguard the company’s tax assets.
– Develop and implement transfer pricing policies, ensuring alignment with local and international regulations.
– Oversee VAT & stamp tax compliance for the Swiss company, including registration, filing, and payment.
– Stay updated on changes in tax regulations in Egypt and Switzerland.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting and compliance, preferably in a multinational environment.
3. Proficiency in English is required; French is preferred.
