About the Role
As a Payroll Specialist at Target Recruitment, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time, while adhering to labor laws and company policies. Your responsibilities will span the entire payroll process, from preparing salary calculations to addressing employee inquiries and generating reports for management. You will be an essential part of the HR and Finance teams, ensuring payroll processes are executed efficiently, transparently, and compliantly.
This role requires meticulous attention to detail, as you will maintain and update employee records related to attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and benefits. You will also coordinate closely with Finance and HR departments to verify payroll data, ensure approvals are properly documented, and support any financial audits that may arise. Your role ensures employees receive accurate and timely compensation, which directly impacts employee satisfaction and trust.
In addition to handling day-to-day payroll operations, you will also stay current with local labor regulations, tax laws, and other compliance requirements. Your ability to interpret these regulations and apply them effectively will ensure that payroll processes remain fully compliant and mitigate potential risks to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with payroll systems is a plus.
