About the Role

As a Banking & Finance Recruiter, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding business needs to onboarding successful candidates. You will act as a trusted partner to our clients and internal hiring managers, ensuring that every candidate experience is smooth, professional, and aligned with our high standards. Your work will directly contribute to building strong teams in the banking and finance sector, impacting both client satisfaction and the long-term growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of banking and finance positions. You will begin by partnering with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of the role requirements, business priorities, and hiring timelines. Using this insight, you will develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, professional networks, and referrals.

Screening and evaluating candidates will be a core part of your role. You will carefully review CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess both technical skills and behavioral competencies to ensure alignment with the position and company culture. You will prepare and present shortlists with detailed evaluations and recommendations to support informed hiring decisions.

In addition, you will coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback to both clients and candidates, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the recruitment process. You will support offer management and negotiations, ensuring that candidates are successfully onboarded while meeting client expectations.

Maintaining accurate recruitment data, reports, and metrics such as pipelines, time-to-hire, and candidate sourcing effectiveness will be critical to your success. You will also actively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future banking and finance roles, keeping a pulse on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity.

Qualifications & Experience

To succeed in this role, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. You should have at least three years of recruitment experience, ideally within banking, finance, or financial services. Familiarity with financial products, banking roles, and regulatory frameworks will give you an advantage in understanding client requirements and assessing candidate fit.

Experience recruiting mid to senior-level professionals is highly desirable, and strong fluency in English is essential for communication with both clients and candidates. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
