About the Role

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that every new hire’s journey begins with a seamless and professional experience. From onboarding to employee communication, you will be the bridge between HR operations and the people who make the company thrive. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering a welcoming environment where employees feel supported from day one.

In this role, you will handle a wide range of tasks, from coordinating onboarding checklists to preparing essential HR documentation, managing employee communication, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Your ability to prioritize, organize, and maintain accuracy will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Coordinator, your primary duties will include:

  • Onboarding Coordination: Schedule and oversee the completion of all new hire checklists, assemble onboarding materials, and ensure every document is accurate, updated, and professionally presented.

  • Contract Management: Conduct contract-signing meetings, answer follow-up questions from new hires, and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

  • Employee Support: Act as a first point of contact for employees, handling inquiries with professionalism and care while fostering a supportive atmosphere.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows, update materials regularly, and recommend new ideas for greater efficiency.

  • Bank Account Facilitation: Coordinate meetings with banks to set up employee accounts as part of the onboarding process.

  • Data Management: Prepare and deliver monthly database reports to support HR decision-making and compliance tracking.

  • Communication: Handle all HR-related communication with employees, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and consistency.

  • Prioritization: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, staying focused on deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who is proactive, organized, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment. The ideal HR Coordinator will possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in onboarding coordination or a similar HR role, with a proven ability to manage multiple processes effectively.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, management, and external partners.

  • HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Familiarity with HRIS systems and onboarding software is an advantage.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize, stay organized, and manage time efficiently.

  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Additional Requirement: Previous call center experience is required, as it equips you with strong communication and problem-solving skills that are valuable in this role.
