About the Role
As a Partner Support Associate, you’ll play a critical role in strengthening the company’s relationship with its partners and clients. This position is voice-based, meaning your communication skills — especially over the phone — will be your most valuable tool.
Your main responsibilities will revolve around outbound communication, lead engagement, and CRM management, ensuring every interaction adds value and helps move potential and existing partners toward successful collaboration.
This isn’t a typical call-center role — it’s about building trust, delivering solutions, and becoming the voice of a company that thrives on customer satisfaction and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the partner support team, you will:

Engage with new and existing leads:
Make outbound calls to guide leads through onboarding processes and ensure all necessary documentation — such as the Know Your Business (KYB) requirements — is completed efficiently. -
Reconnect with paused or inactive leads:
Reach out to leads who’ve stopped responding or temporarily disengaged. Present new value propositions, share updates, and reignite their interest in the company’s services. -
Revive cold leads:
Contact leads who were previously “not interested” to offer updated solutions, helping them re-evaluate how the company’s services can meet their current needs. -
Ensure seamless merchant onboarding:
Follow up with merchants who have open issues or pending steps in their integration process to ensure timely resolution and full activation. -
Promote company services:
Introduce the company’s offerings to new prospects through outbound calls, clearly explaining the value and guiding them through the application and onboarding journey. -
Maintain CRM accuracy:
Log all call outcomes, notes, and updates in Salesforce CRM (or similar platforms), ensuring all records are up to date and organized for effective follow-ups. -
Collaborate cross-functionally:
Work closely with internal teams — including Sales, Onboarding, and Operations — to share insights, feedback, and suggestions that can enhance the overall partner experience.
