About the Role

As the Personnel Section Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the backbone of our organization—our employees. You will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the personnel section, ensuring that all employee records, files, and documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal policies as well as local labor laws. Your work will contribute directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR operations, helping maintain a structured and transparent personnel management system.

You will lead a team that handles a wide range of HR activities, from onboarding new hires to managing offboarding procedures, and everything in between. By ensuring that all processes are followed correctly, you will help create a positive employee experience while protecting the organization from compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include supervising and managing the daily operations of the personnel section. This involves overseeing the maintenance of employee records, including personnel files, contracts, leave records, attendance data, and other relevant documentation. You will ensure that all records are accurate, properly filed, and accessible for reporting and compliance purposes.

You will also manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees alike. This includes preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, coordinating exit procedures, and ensuring that all activities adhere to company policies and labor regulations.

A critical aspect of your role will be monitoring compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies. You will stay up-to-date on changes in labor legislation and HR best practices, providing guidance to management and employees as needed. In addition, you will generate regular HR reports for management, including headcounts, turnover rates, leave balances, and other key metrics that support informed decision-making.

Collaboration with internal departments is essential in this role. You will liaise with various teams to address personnel-related matters, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across the organization. You will also participate in audits, ensuring that all documentation is complete and meets compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

To succeed in this role, candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law, providing a solid foundation for understanding labor legislation and employee rights. You should have 5–7 years of HR or personnel management experience, ideally in a corporate or large organizational setting.

A very good command of English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication and reporting. Strong knowledge of new labor laws, HR regulations, and industry best practices is critical, as is the ability to interpret and implement policies effectively.
