Recruiter – Multinational Company in New Cairo

A highly reputable multinational company based in New Cairo is urgently seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to join their HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career recruitment professional to gain experience in a dynamic, international environment and play a key role in attracting top talent to support the company’s growth.

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional experience for candidates while supporting the company’s hiring objectives. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunities.

About the Role

As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in building the company’s talent pipeline and ensuring that hiring managers have access to qualified candidates to meet business needs. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and present top talent for a variety of roles across different departments, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

You will actively manage job postings on multiple platforms, including job boards, social media channels, and internal career portals, ensuring maximum visibility for open positions. Your ability to write compelling job descriptions and target the right candidate audience will be essential in attracting high-quality applications.

Screening candidates is another core responsibility. You will conduct initial phone or video interviews, assessing candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Clear and professional communication will be key, as you guide candidates through the hiring process and provide timely feedback.

Working closely with hiring managers, you will identify current and future hiring needs, collaborate on job requirements, and ensure that recruitment strategies align with business goals. You will maintain detailed records of all candidate interactions, manage interview schedules, and produce reports on recruitment metrics to track progress and performance.

In this role, you will also gain exposure to recruitment best practices and applicant tracking systems (ATS), helping to streamline and optimize the hiring process. By managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively, you will contribute to the overall success of the HR and recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post job openings on a variety of platforms to reach a broad and qualified candidate pool.

  • Source and screen candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.

  • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate suitability.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports to track progress.

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Use recruiting tools and ATS effectively to manage applications and streamline the process.

  • Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in corporate or multinational environments.

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience with recruiting tools or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

  • Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
