A multinational Spanish company leading in solar energy is looking for a “Plant Manager”.
Requirements:
1- 5 years of experience in operations and energy production plan.
2- Operations and maintenance background is highly required.
2- Excellent level of English.
3- Solar energy or renewable energy background is required.
4- BSc degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electromechanical is preferable.

Duties:
– Organization & supervision of maintenance activities following the company standards.
– Ensure that the activities are performed in compliance with the applicable regulatory framework, contracts and manufacturers requirements.
– Manage the local OM technician teams. Plan the technician activities and monitor them. Re-planning when appropriate. Understanding and explaining possible deviations.
– Responsible for daily, weekly & monthly reporting requirements to the company Production and third parties. KPI reporting.
– O&M contract management.
– Budgeting.
– Responsible for HSE compliance in accordance with local law and company policies and best practices.
