For a Multinational French company located in Sheikh Zayed – Cairo, a “Technical Buyer” is needed.
Job description:
– Responsible for availability of spare parts & investment needs.
• Responsible for implementation of the full purchasing cycle for the Technical & Spare parts purchases starting from reviewing the Investment and maintenance plan moving to contacting the suppliers and negotiating prices following up importation in case of foreign purchasing and prepare all the needed documents ending by ensuring the supplier payment with the finance department.
• Responsible for the purchase orders planning in line with final negotiations with selected suppliers and in line with organizational targets then assign related tasks to be executed through ERP or direct purchase.
• Identifies and selects vendor to procure requisitioned commodities, meeting criteria such as price, quantity, quality and delivery date.
• Following up on execution of orders with local and foreign suppliers to ensure QCD and on ERP workflow and its related financial documentation.

Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in the same field.
