About the Role

You’ll work closely with the CEO, technical implementation, and software development teams to design, document, and test new features and systems. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to position our solutions effectively, showcase their value, and support our brand’s presence across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day work will be diverse and impactful — from designing software solutions to supporting client success. Here’s what you’ll do:

Software Solutions Design:
Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and innovative software solutions that address client challenges. -
Documentation and Roadmap Development:
Document proposed software features and present development roadmaps to the CEO and senior management. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Review and refine proposed solutions with technical implementation and software development teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy. -
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with technical teams to test developed software, ensuring alignment with client requirements and high-quality performance. -
Continuous Innovation:
Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate new tools or approaches to keep our solutions ahead of the curve. -
Client-Focused Solutions:
Partner with the sales team to analyze customer requirements and design tailored, value-driven solutions. -
Presentations and Demonstrations:
Deliver engaging demos, presentations, and user training sessions that highlight the unique benefits of our software offerings. -
Customer Consultation:
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them achieve optimal software design, implementation, and performance. -
Bug and Enhancement Reporting:
Identify, document, and report software issues to the development team while ensuring resolutions are handled effectively. -
Marketing Collaboration:
Work with the marketing team to create compelling technical content, case studies, and materials that promote software solutions across marketing channels. -
Performance Reporting:
Maintain detailed service logs, track project progress, and deliver regular updates on performance and achievements.
Who You Are
We’re seeking an innovative, driven, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about technology. The ideal candidate possesses both the technical foundation and interpersonal skills needed to succeed in a client-facing role.
Requirements include:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2–3 years in software development, followed by experience in presales engineering.

Technical Skills: A strong technical background with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for clients.

Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).

Work Flexibility: Ability to work remotely from Egypt according to Canada’s time zone (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
