For a leading distributor based in Alexandria an “Accountant” is needed.
Duties:
– Participating in Monthly / Yearly reports.
– Maintain proper up to date accounting Books & Records.
– Sending a Weekly A/R Aging Report along with its Details.
– Daily Communications with our Banks to follow up A/R & suppliers TRF & Swifts.
– AR – AP journal entries.
– Daily follow up of A/R & A/P Documents sent through Banks & issuing all its related releasing forms along with its daily required reports sent to Commercial team to let them follow up with their customers whether to withdraw Documents/Goods.
– Participating in Accounts and Bank reconciliation.
– Participating in Balance sheet Reconciliation with P&L expenses analysis.
– Reviewing & Analyzing Trucking, transportation ,Customs clearance with price lists.

Requirements:
– Graduate of the faculty of Commerce.
– Experience from 3 to 5 years with the same title.
– Good Command of English.
